“Edwardian” Style Chair
One of Kevin McLaughlin’s favorites. Furniture of the Edwardian era was characterized by its grace and simplicity. Gone were the heavy silhouettes of the Victorian period, replaced by an almost indefinable feeling of lightness and grace. Similar in feel to a slipper chair, our sinuous piece has cushioned armrests and a sloping base accented with head to head nail trim. The curves of the upholstery are dramatically enhanced by the turned wood details and custom ebonized finish on the legs and arms.
